Document Disclaimer
RAMSdesk documentation is intended to support competent contractors and project teams. It does not replace site-specific assessment, competent supervision, statutory duties, manufacturer instructions, client rules or professional advice where specialist competence is required.
RAMS and method statements
Templates must be reviewed and adapted for the actual site, activity, people, equipment, sequence, environment and interfaces before work starts. The responsible contractor must ensure controls are suitable, sufficient, communicated and implemented.
COSHH
COSHH documentation depends on current product information and Safety Data Sheets supplied or identified for the actual substances in use. Users must verify that the substance, SDS revision and site controls are current.
Lifting plans
Lifting documentation must be reviewed and approved by the appropriate competent persons for the lift. RAMSdesk documentation does not replace the duties of the appointed person, lift supervisor, operator or other competent roles.
Client approval
RAMSdesk can assist with submission and comments, but no document can guarantee approval by a client, principal contractor, regulator or other third party.
Human review
Every document issued by RAMSdesk is checked and finalised by a qualified human before issue. Customers remain responsible for final site-specific review and implementation.
